Established in 2017, HK Juan Renovation Pte. Ltd.

began with a simple mission: to help friends renovate their homes.

When a friend bought a resale house and needed technical advice,

Mr. Lee, with over 10 years of experience in Singapore’s construction and renovation industry,

provided practical suggestions.

This led to a recommendation:

“Why not help me with the renovation?”


What started as a gesture to assist friends quickly evolved into a deeper passion.

As word spread and referrals grew, our dedication to transforming spaces expanded,

leading us to take on more residential projects.

Working together, Mr. Lee and his wife Jenny Sin have further enhanced our team’s interior design skills,

 continuously striving to deliver superior renovations for homeowners.

Today, thanks to the unwavering support of our clients and community,

        Our expertise is solve the problems from root cause. especially in renovating resale properties, addressing complex issues with extensive technical knowledge. Founder Mr. Lee has over 20 years of experience in Singapore's construction and renovation sector, including projects like Punggol Waterway, school constructions, wet markets, and the HDB Home Improvement Program. He has led teams of over a 100 workers. His dedication includes frequent site visits and progress updates to ensure quality.


        How we solve problems from root cause? For instance, in bathroom renovations, we focus on effective waterproofing and offer additional checks with neighbors to prevent leaks and headache in future. Our goal is to resolve renovation issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience for homeowners.

    Are you an interior design firm or a renovation contractor?

        Whether we are classified as an interior design firm or a contractor depends on your perspective. 


        Our primary strength lies in our technical expertise in renovating resale houses, addressing complex issues with hands-on experience. Mr. Lee, has over 20 years in Singapore’s construction and renovation industry. Our approach includes frequent site visits, regular progress updates, and effective problem resolution.


        In design, Our team personally creates 3D renderings, AutoCAD drawings, hand-drawn sketches, and handles space planning. We tailor recommendations for colors and materials based on client needs and invest in continuous training on various materials and techniques. Our team also pursues professional development through interior design courses and certifications.


        While some may view contractors as more cost-effective, our pricing is moderate, balancing affordability with high-quality workmanship and materials.
